51 The Strand is a new 3 level commercial building. Blank Architectural Design was contracted with the interior office design of the top floor fitout for Finanical Independence insurance brokers.

 

From the beginning Financial Independence were after an open plan, modern & bright fitout which took advantage of the incredible views over the Tauranga CBD harbour.

 

Features of the office include a spacious reception with a high raking acoustic ceiling, large kitchen with staff breakout area divided by a full width bi-folding Trans-space door, timber lineal acoustic ceiling baffles, large open shared office and a bright modern boardroom
