Here at Blank Architectural Design we love incorporating Commercial construction practice's into Residential homes.

​

Precast concrete is a material widely used in the Commercial space, so when the director of a locally owned and operated Precast company approached us for a new residential home we couldn't resist.

​

The client had a clear direction for their dream home. We provided some design refinement and the result is an ultra modern

4-wing pavilion.

​

With a 419m2 footprint this house is anything but standard.

 

Naturally finished insulated precast panels form the base of the design with accents of Sugi Japanese vertical shiplap cedar carefully placed to add warmth.

​

The result is a stunning dream home that we are proud to have been apart of.
