As part of a design and build contract for one of Tauranga's leading construction firms, Blank Architectural Design was contracted with the architectural design of a new purpose-built facility in the Tauriko Business Estate.

The building consists of a1550m2 Warehouse and 300m2 2-level office.

​

Precast Concrete Panels, Colorsteel Vertical metal tray cladding and an extruded sweeping roof overhang form the exterior for this striking take on a modern Industrial building.
