51 The Strand is a new 3 level commercial building. Blank Architectural Design was contracted with the interior office design of the 2nd floor fitout for Telfer Young – New Zealand’s largest independent property valuation brand.

​

This corporate fitout includes an open reception and seating area, a large boardroom maximizing on the Tauranga CBD harbour views, an expansive shared office space and private office areas.

​

This modern office space has been designed in a contemporary style which pairs perfectly with Telfer Young.
